Hi , I have this device since some time now the system is good and i like it but unfortunately the system have couple of problems that iwould be happy forsomeone to assist on

1- the system is very slow and takes too long time to bootup even when it bootsup its still very slow(i guess there is not enough space) , i just bought an external memory for that not sure what i can do to speed it up ? like new Software or some interface much lighter version?

2- I need to have maps offline with no need for internet ? , also traffic update can i get it from Radio accordingly?

3- is there anyvideo showing the wiring for Micophone and GPS inside PAssat car? to avoid loose cables inside the car?

2.You can contact the customer service where you bought the unit or write to support@autopumpkin.com about the offline map IGO. But you cannot get the traffic update.

sorry that there is no such video because it is an universal unit and so there are some difference when it is installed in different vehicle .Hope your kind understandings.
The firmware is the lateset. Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should.

When flashing the firmware ,please try your best to click the option to clear up the caches or data .
