Igo Update and maps

I bought a pumpkin car navigation, but igo doesn´t work. I live in Europe and there are just maps from USA/Mexico in the receiver. What is the decryption code to downloade the Europe maps and where do I get the newest Igo Version?

Ich habe das Model 11-RQ0248-DE2-B (6.95 ") vor 4 Wochen gekauft. Alles funktioniert gut, ich bin zufrieden. Die mitgelieferte IGO-Softwar ist unbefriedigend. Daher versuchte ich meine IGO-Software zu installierten, die ebenfalls vorher unter Android 4.4 gelaufen ist.
Ich konnte sie installieren, beim Starten werden Speicherfehler des Radios angezeigt, der Start wird abgebrochen. was ist zu tun (vom 1GB-Speicher ist sind nur 257 MB belegt, da ansonsten nichts installiert ist). Danke für einen schnellen Lösungsvorschlag!

Did you mean that you could not install your previous own GPS software?
Please tell us more details about the GPS software problem.
If possible, the video about the problem would be appreciated
This unit has 1GB internal memory, you can install some useful and not so large apps on the unit.
You can also use the online maps, such as google map and waze.
