Problems with touchscreen BMW E90

Hi there,

I bought this Radio a year ago:

I have a touchscreen problem since this winter. The Touch won't respond anymore... I got a new touchscreen from you and already changed it... without any results.

Could it be a Software/Firmware problem?

Hi,
please first check whether you install the touch screen perfectly. If you press some spot/part of the touch screen, there is no touch response on the other part of the touch screen. So i suggest you re-install it again if you are not sure install it perfectly .
Sorry that there is no firmware for your unit here .
