AE0273B Pumpkin Application Phone Android

I have a AE0273B Pumpkin device and there is a problem with the phone application, a call button that should be green is gray, and the call close button is bright red almost transparent. I ask if there is an update to fix the problems and there is no control over the height of the ringing device.
Is there an update to this and an explanation

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - system - system update. If this still doesn't help ,could you mind showing me an video or some pictures about your issue would be better.

After updating the software it remains the same problem. Color of the buttons Opening and closing a call The phone is left with no color.
How do you dismiss the problem?
