Bluetooth Call and music not available

After set up the unit I connected the phone via Bluetooth and USB to the radio, when I place a call I hear nothing (the other phone ring, but no audio), I have both phones with me the one connected to the Radio and the one receiving the call, on the radio is no audio from the call (no ring no voice... nothing). Also when open the Bluetooth music app nothing is there, the radio don't detect the music stored in my phone.
My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and I'm using the phone OEM USB cable.

About the bluetooth calling sound, they are only come from the left and right front speakers.So please first check whether these two channel of speakers works.You can check the speaker calbe whether get 6V+ or not ?
About the bluetooth music issue, the unit might be unable to detect the songs from some third party music app. I suggest you try another music app or using your build-in music app .
Could you mind showing me an video about your issue also ? I think it is help for us to find the cause of these issue.

Bluetooth music and phone only left side.
This is a brand new stereo. It shouldn't have any problems

what you say now is different from before.
Both of the left front speaker and left rear speaker works while you are playing bluetooth music or making a call ?
Could you mind show me some picture about your original connector diagram ? An video will be better .
What is your car model ?
