System update

I have issue with radio (radio doesn't change frequency), sometimes unit stuck and not responding until is rebooted, ext mic is not working with Google assistant or Amazon Alexa but is working for calls.

Do you have any fix for this?

Please download and unzip the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then enter settings - car settings - system update.
About the ext mic issue, can the internal mic works with the google assistant app ?
