Dear all,
I just install new pumpkin 7'' ref CN01-02204B-04a and after install new apps I get an error,
Car Radio start normally,
When I see main deskop I get a popup info : "Android system get an error"
After OK, i t's reboot and again this error msg.
If I don't touch "OK" and I touch to buton GPS, i get google maps apps,
Buton return work well
If I put SD card with music, music apps start and it running.
So Audia car work well, just this new apps have to be delete.
So I would like to do a hard RESET to come back original factory version.
I try to do like on youtube tuto, but I can't reach to andoid restart menu.
What is the exact procedure on this CN01-02204B-04a ?
How I can get the backup android firmware? maybe if I put it on SD to GPS socket my Hard reset will be activited,
Thanks for you help.
Guillaume

Hi,
here is the firmware.
https://mega.nz/#!yPxGUAIQ!3No5cgbWdWel ... 39wKOlCkRw
Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - about device - system udpate.
If you can not enter into the settings page. After insert the sd card ,1.hold on the power button/volume knob, then using an thin stick to short press the reset button. 2.about nearly 3s,loosen the power button/volume knob, then quickly short press the power button/knob again at once.3.The unit will automatically enter recovery menu .
