Hello,

I have a question,

I am helping my friend to mount this nav system (https://www.autopumpkin.de/pumpkin-7-zo ... ation.html) into the car, and when he powers on the unit, it is stuck at the Android recovery screen. When we try to update, it is looking for an "update.img" file, in which we do not have. Is there a link where I can download the update file? Thanks.

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert it into the GPS slot.Then do as the following video.

I have followed instructions based on the YouTube link.

But after successfully imaging the nav system, it proceeds to reboot.

Since I have it connected to an DC power supply to test it, the reboot actually shuts it down.

Then I have to press and hold the power button while I power cycle the DC unit.

After it is powered on, it gets back to recovery mode (with the big Android picture).

Am I missing something here?

Also, I noticed a sticker on top of the nav system with code KD-C1009, don't know if that helps, but just wondering if this is the correct image.

Do you mean after flash the firmware, the unit still stuck on the android picture screen ?
If yes ,there might something wrong with the circuit board. You can contact the pumpkin customer service or write to support@autopumpkin.com to change the android circuit board.
An video or some pictures about your issue will be helpful for them to understand your issue.
Any query ,contact the customer service you feel free.
