Another firmware update question. (Sorry)

Hi moderator,

I would like to know if the firmware of my head unit can be updated because the interconnection service always fails when I try to connect to my Samsung S8 plus running on Oreo (Android 8.0.0).

I bought the unit from a car shop in Malaysia.

My details for the head unit is as follows:

HMI: CUSP040.1.1 16.07.07.08.59
MCU: SP801.151211(86)
MEDIA: MMP.2015.9.16.14.2.
NKV: A10.2.0 2016.06.20.11.42
BTV: BT201506100912(A2:C4:F8:B0:15:71)
DVDROM: 13.42.1.NAND.1200XH.E.0.

My EasyConnected version is TS01.4.3.5 (cannot be updated)

And my SKU that is found on the metal frame is c-068s-160021576.
