My new Audi A3 Android 8.0 Car Stereo/Radio for Audi A3 7 inch Touchscreen Double Din with DVD Player GPS Navi RAM:4GB + ROM:32GB is no longer bootyfollowing an app install. Please can you send me a link to the file required to restart the unit as soon as possible?

You need to tell them your order number or ebay id so that they can confirm your unit . i suggest you show them an short video to help them understand your query and find the cause.

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - system - system update .
If you unable to enter that page , refer this video to enter the recovery mode and update the firmware.
