Latest Firmware RQ0356

Hi,
I own an RQ0356 (Amazon order: 202-9562301-6341162)
Since updating it to the forward to fix the weather widget issue I've been having a few problems.
The main one is that the unit glitches for a second on startup. A few seconds after it appears the union has completed starting up, the sound goes for a second and any apps that are running are closed. This is giving me some real problems with my sat nav app, Sygic.
Is there a most recent firmware I can update to to try and resolve this issue?

Sorry for the trouble caused.
We don't have a new firmware for your unit.
You can do a factory data reset to check.
If it does not help, would you mind take a video about the problem?
