Identify Pumpkin unit

Can anyone help with identifying this unit and whether there is a firmware update,

Also can the navigation app be changed to something other than iGO?

Even our most experienced engineer can't identify the type of radio,not even for other things.
If you can bring more information like order ID,or SKU.

I have looked at a white label on the unit and it has the number DK7086DA118

Does this identify it?

ok found it, I think it is model 13-MS0353A

Is there a new firmware for this model?
