factory reset

i try to do factory reset/
i add the password 126
in the screen i have aply-import-cancell
i down in aplay, i listen 2 beep and anthing hapened......
what wrong?

Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the different time zone and working time.
The password for this unit RQ0264 is really the 126, and we tested the same unit without problem.
You may use the different key board or input method.
I don't know if you tried my suggestion to do the factory data reset to check.
And if possible, would you mind take a video about the problem?

with the code 126 i can do in the factory setting without problem with the keyborrd
but when i tray in hard resset not found/

After feeding back your issue to the factory, they said that you could try to flash the unit with mcu to check.

Yes thats a mcu file they are very small update mcu in recovery

this is my version
with the image mcu dont happened anything/
the unit ask, i say ok, reboot, i se rows in english, reboot and.......nothing, all same before install/(sd card in the gps slot)
dont change anithing/
i can t do factory reset, code 126 not found.(with the original keyboard)

How can i clean the unit, to the first setings , same i buy/
