There is not the recovery software, we need to contact the factory and ask if they can provide this file.
If you just have some small system bugs, you can restore the factory setting to check.

The factory told us that the firmware need to use a special way to put in the SD card, the way is difficult for both you and me.
If you want to get the firmware and try to solve problem, we can only order the SD card with the firmware, just like you had before.
Then it will be shipped from China by post. Do you agree with this?

I am having the same issue with my headunit and I would like to reset to factory settings. did you ever get the SD from the factory and did the reset work?

If yes, any chance you can make an image of the SD and upload someplace, I would be able to download the SD image with the firmware so I can reset my unit.

The SD card that came with my unit only has one folder with the iGo maping system.. nothing else.
