It's been quite some time since I last asked about firmware updates for my unit.

Can you please advise if V5.1 'Lollipop' is still unavailable for my unit?

My Amazon UK Order No. was 204-8406008-6694754 and unit I have is http://goo.gl/F2D2YC

As I have now been using the unit for approximately 9 months, I am in a position to write a review, so can you please supply a link where I can write my review?

Come on guys this is becoming a joke now.
I have got apps that aren't working and wont upgrade due to Android being down level.
And the head unit has become unstable
The following apps crash constantly
Google play
Music
Radio
Easy connected even though it's never worked
And then the screen locks up

Oh joy or should that be oh joying next time I purchase.

Regarding your issue, they are not the compatibility problem, they maybe the android system error or the installed third party apps caused.
Here is the latest firmware for your unit, you can install it and try to solve some problem.

And we have tested both the android 4.4 and android 5.1 unit, almost all the apps you mentioned can be installed into the android 4.1 and android 5.1.
If you still think the new update android 5.1 system can solve the problem you had, you can contact our amazon customer service to get a new android 5.1 unit replacement.

I suggest you keep this unit and use it, you may think the android 5.1 system can install more high version apps, but in fact, when the factory tech test the android 5.1 with the third party apps, it almost has no difference with the android 4.4.
And as we know, when there is a new system available, it does not perform as stable as the old one.
If you still want to try to upgrade the unit, we can send you the android 5.1 firmware.

I see that you haven't replied to my post about the 'CONS'

From that, I assume you have no answer or solution to my LONG STANDING issue with 'Mirror Link' not working, and also cannot offer any help as to why the radio 'AF' feature doesn't work .

I had high hopes for this unit when I first purchased it, but it has turned out to be a disappointing purchase where claimed features clearly do not work!
