11-RQ0368E Update

Hi,

I have a 11-RQ0368E unit and the driver door is shown opening on the wrong side. I have changed the rudder setting but it does not appear to do anything, so does that indicate I need a firmware update?

Hi,
For the driver door opening issue, could you please tell us what kind of your car?
Then please double check if the "Rudder" settings has been selected. Normally when you change the factory setting, you need to click Apply and Exit, then it will work.
For the firmware update, please tell us the current system version on your unit, if there is a new update, we can send it to you.

Hi,

The MCU version is MTCC-KLD6-V2.91 and the car is a 2009 UK VW Golf estate. I've confirmed rudder is still ticked when I re-visit the settings screen and the issue is still there.

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Regarding your issue, after discussing it with factory tech, they said that it's the system software problem, you can flash the update firmware to solve it, sorry about this, here is the link for your unit RQ0368.
