US Map Software for SKU KD-C0660

Hello!
My unit recently lost its map software somehow. I noticed that the Nav button had become nonfunctional, and then when I looked to manually launch the iGo application via the touch screen, I noticed that it was gone. Could my unit have done a factory reset? In any case, could I have the URL for the current US maps software download? My order number is 100001057. Thanks!

Hi,
For the map software, you can go to the apkInstall--GPS card to reinstall it.
If you delete the map file on the GPS card, here is the link of the latest map for your unit.

Hi Jammy,

I've tried to install the software as described on in the forum post you linked to, but I'm getting an error "App not installed" when I try to install the APK file. I've made a movie of the problem. Do you have any advice?

Hi,
I had ever tested this update map before providing it to our clients.
I'm not sure whether the android system has problem or the maps file you download was corrupted or uncompleted.
If you don't mind, please download another maps which is more new than your previous but a little old than the maps I sent to you first.

Hi,
I had the same problem with that link. In the end, I did a factory reset on the unit, and then I was able to install the iGo software. Not sure what went wrong, but I think things are working again now. Thanks for the help!
