Adroid 5.1 C542

Hi. I have bought recently C0542 unit and it has android 5.1 preinstalled on it. Im facing some slow downs and It didn't resolve after a factory reset. Can i have a stock firmware image pls? I think something went wrong when I reset it. Thank You.

Hi,
could you tell us your resolution ratio or take a picture of the setting page so that we can provide you correct firmware.

Hi. This is problem. Coz settings screen doesn't tell amy info about resoution.
