How do I get this file onto usb or memory card

Hi,
sorry,i don't understand the word "please advise as this file is corrupt".
you can download the files to the root catalogue of one sd card or USB.Then insert the sd card or usb into the unit.The way to flash:Press and hold the power button, do not release, and use a sharp thin sticker to press and hold the RST button for around 10 seconds, then you release the RST button, but still keeps hold the power button, you should heard 3 beep sound, then you release the power button, and short press the power button for once, then check will it goes into a English version recovery menu? Please don't let the power off or do other operation, in case led the android board damaged. Here is a video for your reference.

when I have used your download file it says that it can't read the image and aborts
Not sure if it's me doing something wrong
I doenload the file onto the computer then I'm coping to the USB is that wrong?
Wondering if the system is bricked ( damaged )
Sorry I'm not too clever when it comes to this technology...
Could I not just purchase a memory card with the software for the radio pre installed

I give it a try now 5 times and it's not working at all at one point I ended up with just the android logo on the screen for what seemed like ages!!
Either the file your sending is incorrect or I'm doing something wrong!!
So, 1, the unit does not power up from ignition although the wiring is correct
2, the system will only come on with the reset and power button
3, both USB and sd card attempts have failed aborted every time

What can you do now?!

Hi,
i confirm the files is correct.
Do you try both the GPS slot and SD slot?
And please make sure that the files should be placed on the root catalogue of the SD or USB.You'd better use a empty card .
The card memory should be under 32GB.
Besides,I notice you say you can not turn the unit on through the ignition. It maybe the CANBUS problem.
Do you use the ISO cable with CANBUS?

Yes I use the canabus

I have plugged in the old stereo and that comes on with no issues
