bluetooth issues

my device is 11-RQ0362-US-A, from the begging the bluetooth never worked right. Many times i had echo on the calls.
Always the first call, after i start the car, do not work properly.
is there any firmware update?
any other apk to manage contacts?
Some advice?

Hi,
For the Bluetooth echo problem,could you tell us where the echo come from,you or the other side?
And you can try to turn down the volume.

the echo come from the other side.
Usually the first call is always the worst, i tried turning down the volume but it seems not working.
i had reset twice.
i tried with one android and one ios and it is the same.

Hi, I just try with the phone at 5 cm from the radio and the echo is still happening.
The first call (in or out) always had echo.
The next ones maybe or maybe not, it is random.
