11.-RQ0356E Firmware

Hi,

My unit as above has corrupted and I was wondering if it would be possible for you to send me a link to download the latest firmware for my unit to try and correct the issues.

Hi,
please tell me you order number or buyer id so that i can confirm more details about unit and provide you correct firmware.
And do you know the resolution ratio of your unit? If know ,please also tell me.Thanks.
