Why can't i update???

Hi, i have a question regarding my Pumpkin 10.1 head unit. I ordered my head unit via aliexpress, which was purchased on 7/6/16. The order number is 75912697506884, my buyer ID is babakshock@yahoo.no. Recently i have seen a couple of videos on youtube, there's a user who calls himself for Peter Chan. And it clearly seems that he's one of your guys. He has uploaded and shared that there's a 2nd generation of this head unit, and it runs on Android 6.0 marshmallows. If you guys are saying that my head unit can't be updated from 5.1 to 6.0, then how come you have a new head unit on the market which runs on android marshmallows 6.0???? I really want to update my head unit, but it seems that you guys won't give us costumers the correct update file. My question to you is: WHY???????

Hi,
the unit RQ0265 now we are selling is installed with android 5.1 not android 6.0.The factory doesn't public android 6.0 system for this unit.
Maybe someone try to flash the unit themselve. But the system is not stable and without support by the factory.
The person you refer to is not our colleague.
Could you tell me where you find the unit RQ0265 with android 6.0 system.

Hi,
the unit really isn't our .The unit we sell has a "Pumpkin" band on the buttom of the panel.
I don't know the person come from.
