Hi,
Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
Here is the firmware for your unit RQ0253.

After you download the firmware.img file through your browser, then copy it to the empty SD card, and refer the video I sent to you before.
If this does not help, it's the android board problem, please contact our ebay customer service to get a new android board.

Do you have a newer Firmware ? Because the current firmware does not work well.
If you do not have a firmware how works well then I wil return the car radio.
