i have the same problem but when i connect my phone to my radio it says No access to the serial number of device Hardware please contact the dealer ,but the weird thing is taht my phone recognize the radio and it show me the synced app , plz help

Have already EasyConnected. HT05. 4. 4. 1, however, still gets the mistake?????

I am still using 6.0.1 on my phone and my heat unit is running kitkat 4.4 I have downloaded lots of easyconnect apk versions and the closest I get is "unable to get hardware and S/N" my order number of from Amazon and is 202-4546114-4851508
