i have the same problem but when i connect my phone to my radio it says No access to the serial number of device Hardware please contact the dealer ,but the weird thing is taht my phone recognize the radio and it show me the synced app , plz help

Hi. I've the same problem. I try An update of my easyconnected versione because its doesn't work with samsung note9. But now I canti find my oldest version i take a pic of the problem..

I am still using 6.0.1 on my phone and my heat unit is running kitkat 4.4 I have downloaded lots of easyconnect apk versions and the closest I get is "unable to get hardware and S/N" my order number of from Amazon and is 202-4546114-4851508
