I was surprised not to find the firmware on your website and on your forum. Now I am even more surprised to read your answer.
In my opinion, the only reason why you don’t publish the firmware is the same why you usually ask for the order number, and it is competition-related. But that shouldn’t mean that me, as customer, I have always to write an email to find out IF something new appeared… :-s

it is strange.That is our customer service mailbox. Maybe there is something wrong during this sending the post.
OK ,ignore this. For safe, we don't public all firmware .However ,you can constantly contact our customer service you feel free.
What is going on with your unit ?Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should .
