PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hello, my Radio is Switching through my saved stations or music titles. This is happening irregularly.
How can i solve this problem? Do i Need a New Software?
In Case of that i put Pictures from the Device and its stats in here.

Its not easy to make a video because this is happening unpredictable but i try.

I dont bought it. It was already in my honda when i bought the car.
