Firmware downloads for my unit

Hi there,

Can somebody provide links to the latest firmware available for my unit please? It's currently behaving slowly and choppy through bluetooth and I'd like to factory reset.

Can anybody help me perform a factory reset on my unit, either through the menu or with a firmware reload!?
