I am currently having an issue with netflix, error 0013 and waze 4 (Only 3.9 works)
I want to see if the latest firmware update fixes these issues.
Just received it from amazon, order: 113-4692666-1584234
It currently has: rk3188-userdebug 22062016.16:41:09
Android version 5.1.1

Sorry for the late reply due to the weekend.
With respect of your description, it maybe the netflix and waze version not compatible with our unit.
If you want to get the update firmware to check, we can send it to you.
Here is the link of our latest firmware for your unit RQ0264. Please notice, once you install the latest firmware, all you installed third party apps will be deleted.
