Navi does not work

Hello,

I just got my device, downloaded the iGO File, put it on my SD and into the stereo. I installed it and tried to run it. But than it showed my Error 1701978227.
How can i fix that? Navigation was the main reason for my, getting this stereo and now it doesn't work.

This unit can also support to use other online or offline maps, such as sygic, here maps, google map etc..
