i have a problem with BT. My phone (huawei p20 light) doesn't connect automatically to the radio.

What's the latest firmware for my radio?

Hi,
first please check whether you turn on the option " auto connection " in the BT settings page.See picture .

Then, you can try to change another phone .Maybe there is any incompatibility with the P7.

Hi,this is an new coming unit and there still no update. Did you try other phones ? Because P20 is also an new coming unit and there maybe exist any incompatibility issue .

Hi,please first tell me your order number or ebay buyer id so that i can confirm your unit model .Normally we don't suggest our clients flash the unit if it works as it should .Could you tell me what is going on with the unit ?

Cheers for the reply - i ordered directly from the pumpkin web site order #100007845
The issues i am having is that there are a few apps that i use are now crashing or glitching such as Apple Music are no longer working as they have been updated in line with android 8.
I also don’t seem to have the app for the dab+ module that was shipped with the unit.

Please download it to the root content of one sd card or USB stick and insert it into the GPS slot if you choose the card .Next insert the card into the GPS slot .Then enter settings - system - system update .

hi i change logo reboot my pumpkin nd0294b car audio and now it's freeze to pumpkin logo and the car radio don't start. itry thr reset button but nothing happen. what can i do? thanks
