hi，you can contact the pumpkin customer service where you bought the unit to get it .But i suggest you can first tell them what is going on with your unit .Many issue can be solved without flashing the firmware .

Hi !
thank you for quick answer.I contact the costumer servis ,he ask abaut detail information abaut unit and promiss will reply for me.But what happen when it does not succeed to flash or instal firemware.Is possible change "android board" and how many is it?Where I buy it?Is it cheap or buy another...new better unit: Thank you....best regards!

I am waiting for reply from support center ,they did not answer yet.I need firmware for my unit RQ0545E I tried finding it on web, unsuccessfully can you help me please?
