Hello there,

My headunit ( model: 11-C0254 ) has recently started to become a little flaky. Many of the apps I have had installed for ages have started crashing after having moved the unit into a different car.

I'm sure this is coincidental but, I'm hoping that a clean flash of the firmware will help sort it out. All the links I've found for firmwares on here are currently dead and inaccessible.

I purchased the headunit on the 29th May 2016 from ; order number: 205-4000976-3540337

Please download the files to the root content of one sd card and insert the card into the GPS slot,then enter settings - about device - system update .
Since android 4.4 is very old, and it might be normal that some apps get crash.

Although you said 4.4, yet the amazon listing states 5.1... is the listing incorrect?
