Can you send me link/links to update my unit to the latest firmware and android os available for my unit. The unit model is C0223 it was purchased from Amazon order#: 109-9690071-1584253. My unit has never been updated so it has factory firmware version and os.

Normally we don't suggest our client do the update when it works as it's supposed to be.

You just need to download it through your browser, copy the update file into the SD card, insert the SD card into the GPS slot, go to the Settings--about device to click system update, then the unit will start the update process automatically.
