How do I keep my maps updated on my pumpkin device? I have tried naviextras but doesn't work

Could you please first tell us your order number and if you got the free maps from us?
The free maps provided by the factory don't support to update on device or through website.
Once there is a new free maps, we can send you the link, you just need to download and use it.
