My Audi A3 is stuck on the logo when booting up. Can you please send a link for the latest firmware for C1217?

Hi, did you remember the resolution.ratio of your unit? And could you tell me your order number and the date you purcharsed the unit?

I purchased the unit from autopumpkin ebay back in 2016 and unfortunately I can go back enough to check my purchase history, my user name is pritesh86 if you want to check. The resolution is 800 x 480.
