Hi,

After I have installed the firmware update I got from you my head unit has been performing really well. I do have one minor issue though. When talking on the hands free the volume of the phone call is very low, I have tried all volume settings in the head unit and also tried turning the phone volume up to maximum but I still find it difficult to hear the conversation. Is there anything you can do to help my problem as I struggle to use the hands free option the way it is now.

Also is there any plan to release Android 5 or higher for this particular head unit?

The order information was SKU 11-C0255-US-A and order number 100002738, purchased back in November 2015.

Hi,
Could you please tell us if the low phone call issue happened just recently?
The volume may have a little difference between the different function, but it should be enough to listen from the car speaker.
You can press the RST hole to reset the unit to check.
The new android 5.1 head units have been released, but the update lollipop firmware is not available for the android 4.4 unit.
