I want to know when you get the new firmware

hi, I want to know when will the new firmware for KD-c0250-US-A Radio. my reason is to fix the connection with Blue tooth calls with iPhone 5s, anyone know how to fix that problem? thanks greetings

Could you mind tell me your order number so that we can check your order details? If you bought from ebay store of us, you can send us your ebay ID?
And meanwhile, could you mind take a photo of the system version screen on the radio for us to check?
And what problem do you have with the BT calls? Does it have the problem with other phones?

I too would like to know if there is an update. From time to time the volume button stops working and I have to completely disconnect the power to get it to turn off, so I can turn it back on again.
I have KD-C0250-US-A, Ordered from your site on 10/24/2015.
Would also be nice if there was a way to do a full power cycle of the device, similar to a phone or tablet. If I push the power button, it just goes to "sleep", but would be nice to have it prompt to reboot or shutdown.

Could you mind provide me the system version and mcu verion to me to check? You can find it in setting---about device. You can direct attach the screen photo here. I will check if there is a new version for you.
And for the volume/power button, I think it maybe the plastic cover stuck into the metal sticker? Can you pull out the plastic cover to check? Maybe the metal sticker is too short, and the hole on the plastic cover is too deep, so it will stuck.

Hi, about the bluetooth connection with iPhone5, could you please tell us if you can connect other phone to the unit via bluetooth?
You can first reset the item to check, just use a sharp thin sticker to press the RST hole on front panel.
If this does not help, we can send the firmware to you and you can try to download and check if it solve the problem.
