Update my unit because of Bluetooth interferences?

[url]every time when I listen to music from an external device, there is a huge annoying sound that comes from my speakers. It's a buzzy, frequency like interference. Is an update going to help? Or is it a shielding problem with this series (second unit I ve ordered but the same problem). If the music for example coming from an installed app like spotify there isn't any interference.

Updated but the problem is still there. Do u have any suggestions to fix the problem?
Would be nice to use Bluetooth and aux.
Is there a possibility to use aux with another app - > Not AVin.

It does not matter if the device is connected. If I open the Bluetooth app on the radio the noises are beginning. Sometimes high-frequency noises. And a bumping sound from the subwoofer. It looks like an isolation problem but how can I fix it. Is it the cable from the car or in the radio.
I don't know.
Any suggestions how to find it out?

Do you connect your phone to the radio via Bluetooth? Can you use a different phone or put the phone closer to the radio to test it once again? Cheers

Samsung galaxy s10 and huawei p20 pro.
Same problem.
Connecting is fine and it playing music also but those interferences driving me crazy...

But only if the sound comes from an external device.
Like aux or Bluetooth. There are no interference noises when I play a track from the radio itself. Should I contact the Amazon customer service?
Need to know if it's a problem with my unit or my car.
Because everything is working perfectly with the radio except for those inteferces.

I've ordered the android auto USB device and everything is working now without any interferences.
If I get a call the music is stopping but the caller voice is coming from the smartphone itself and not from the car speakers. is this normal?
