Navigation chrashes - new firmware CN10-02307B

Hi,

I had to switsch my navigation software from Navigon (which had some starting issues, but seldomly chrashed) to a new software. Any I used regularly crashes after a certain amount of time (0,5 to 3 h) - TomTom, Sygic, Copilot, Google, Waze...

Is there some firmware update for my unit CN10-02307B?

Or some other fix? The main difference I realized is, that of these programs use Google Speech (which is functioning, using internal voices does not help)

Hi,

Are you using the online maps?
Does your Internet connect normally? Your browser can be surfed the Internet?
And can you take a video for us to check clearly what's the problem of your car stereo?

Hi,

the respective navigation just closes without error message and the android home screen shows up. The navigation software (and interestingly other navigation software as well) can not be restarted before I have rebooted the unit. Nothing too spectacular to make a video from, I can try but it is not predictable when this happens.

To your questions I use offline maps on the internal storage (not sd card) and everything else is working fine. I tried not to use other programs in parallel as well, like bluetooth music, but this did not help either.

Germany, but I would need Europe for crossborder navigation. Could you also explain the reason or the solution?

Download first, and then unzip the file, place the unzipped folder in the root directory (first-level directory) of the built-in storage. Open the folder and click IGOWD_IL.apk.
