Firmware needed

Can I get the latest firmware and install instructions for Anroid 9 radio, order 113-8458468-5705851. August 17, 2019.



You sent me this late last year and I was never able to get the radio to recognize it.

I did update the mcu file you sent me and the issue is better, would like to see if firmware makes a differnce also.

I tried it on both sd slots and the usb extention, neither will recognize.

This is the latest firmware of your head unit.
And if your head unit does not have any problems, we do not suggest to update the firmware.

it was given to me to resolve an issue with power off completely/reboot after shutting engine down on occasion. The MCU helped, but need more clarity on performing the upgrade. I tried bot zip and extracting files to root of both sd slots and usb. How is it supposed to be installed?

Hi，

Do not decompress the file, open it after downloading, then copy kupdate.zip to the root directory of the USB flash drive, and insert the USB into the car stereo. It will automatically recognize the upgrade.
