Firmware and touch problem

Hi,
I have a unit with "MTCB-KLD6-V2.86-eng4.4.4 RK3188 ANDROID VERSION 4.4.4_29032016". 1024x600.
That unit was purchased on ebay with item number 161859857203 on April 12, 2016. (Quad Core Android 4.4.4 Car DVD Player For 2006-2011 Honda Civic GPS Stereo LHD).

I have a problem with the screen, in the upper left corner (how a horizontal Line of 1 cm of the border to the center of the screen or more) the touch it does'nt work, but in the same line to the right almost the other border of screen work good.

1. Does exist any form of calibrate the screen or solution this problem?
2. Does you have the firmware for update to Android 5.1?
