PUMPKIN CAR STEREO SUPPORT CENTER

Hey, i need the firmware for this unit.
I contacted the support at eBay, but they told me they don't have it.
The problem is, the unit boots up, but doesn't save any changes.
Every time it boots up, it's like it came out of the box.

Sorry for the trouble bring to you.
Normally we don't suggest our client flash the unit,because it may cause some trouble.
Could you first provide us a video about this issue and your buyer ID?
We need it to judge what is wrong and give you positive solution.
