We need more details to judge whether firmware version is suit for you.

Hi，
According to your order number, your unit should have been installed Android 5.1 sysytem. Please check again.
Normally we don't suggest our customer flash the unit without our guidance.The unit don't support to update from Android 4.4 to Android 5.1.Hope your kind understanding.
