Update from Android 4.4.4 to 5.1?? HELP...

I believe I bought my 8.1 inch Android head unit from you. My eBay ID is manaliv3v56.
How do I update the OS from 4.4.4 to 5.1 or even 6.0
Please help. What do I do?

What do you mean I can't update. That makes no sense. Here is a screenshot of my system I bought. Please tell me how to update to 5.1 or higher...
If you can't give me alternatives... Thank you

I am sorry for the update.
You are only allow to flash a latest android 4.4 firmware.
If you want to get it, please tell us your order number or buyer ID so that we can know the model number of your unit .
