Can you send me information on updating my radio to have the latest software for my radio?

My radio is android kitkat 4.4 (merc a class e169)

Hi,
there are many different firmware so we need to confirm your model number of your unit.
Could you tell us your order number or buyer id?
Normally we don't suggest our client do the update work without our guidance because of the risk of update.
Could you mind tell us what wrong with your unit?
