I have had my bro in laws car from him, issue is he put a stereo in and not the cage to hold it in the dash!!!
So it was working until I got hold of it!!
Unplugged everything put the cage in wires through reconnected the stereo but nothing was working!!
So I have checked all the wires and the fuses....
Don't the reset thingy and I have no backup to reboot the system ....
It's android 5.1
What I need is the files so I can get it working again please

Hi,
Can your unit start up?
If can't ,please check whether the red wire and yellow wire has 12V power.
If can,you can choose reboot system option to reboot the unit and you would not lose the info in the unit.

Head unit don't start up!
Only when you press reset and power button will it start up to reboot
Reboot from sd etc ect
Have checked all wires a million times

Hi,
Do you mean the unit can't start when you start the car enginne?
Do you mean when you turn the unit on by press the RET button or Power button,and then the unit reboot?
Could you tell us your order number or buyer ID ? We can not judge the SKU of the unit from the picture you provided.Only when we confirm the SKU of the unit ,can we possible to provide correct firmware.

Yes the unit will not switch on unless you press reset and the power button together....
