Hi,

I have the following headunit:

7inch
11-C0362+Y0801
ASIN: B01B5YWCE6
Android

I was bought this as a gift so unfortunately I don't have an order number.

The unit has been great until this week when the unit won't load past the Logo screen, I have tried the power button long press, RST button and tried to re-boot through the recovery screen and none of these have worked.

I think from reading on here that I need to re-boot using firmware on a USB/SD card.

Please can you provide the firmware for this unit?

Hi,
For the logo problem,you can enter factory setting---logo page,and try to change the logo type option i point in the follow picture .

Thanks for the response.

I don't need to change the logo on screen, it is already the correct one, my problem is the system doesn't load past the logo, it just stays with the logo on screen and no soft/hard resets have fixed it.

Please can you provide the firmware image for me to download to allow me to re-boot from SD card?
