Yes. I know. But it's corrupted. Can't make volume buttons to work. Can I have image pls. Thank You.

As i fix one issue something else is playing up. Before I return it I'd love to try to flash fresh system pls. Stock will do.

Hi,
Ok, could you tell me the resolution ratio of your unit,beacaue i need it to provide you the correct firmware.
You can alos take a screenshot of the setting page such as follow if you don't know the resolution ration of your unit.
