Firmware request for 11-C0680-US-A

Hello,

The android car system I purchased appears to be stuck in a boot loop (logo displayed but fails to get to the menu)
I would like to try and reinstall the firmware, so could you please provide the image file necessary?
The purchase number was 311491723462, my username bobyroro8, and the devide description 'HD 8" Car Autoradio Android 4.4 DVD GPS Navigation BT For TOYOTA Prius 2009-2012' so I assume it would match the reference 11-C0680-US-A
